Gentle (Draft 0)

Gentle

I miss your hugs since you went away
and when you think of me
I feel it like a gentle breeze

When you send me an ethereal kiss
I miss you again: the delicate touch

So pretty gentle things

  1. This is lovely, so soft and gentle. A poem that reads like feather tickle upon my imagination. I wish such beautiful things weren’t only imaginary but i’ll send you an ethereal kiss anytime you’d like one; there’s one floating to you right now…

    1. Thanks very much. I think “since you went away” is too much like a cliché. I think I might be able to keep the basic idea but change a few words.
